Data entry and customer service position. Provide support to representatives and customers with pricing information on parts and systems by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides customers with part information, price and availability
- Enter orders for spare parts and units placed directly from customer or representative
- Expediting information on orders which includes stock, delivery, shipping, tracking, change orders and proofs of delivery
- Preparing paperwork for export orders including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, NAFTAs, Canadian Invoices and SEDs
- Preparing shipping Bills of Lading (BOL)
- Quotes for parts and units
- Invoicing of parts/units and printing of invoices/credits daily
- Issue credits for parts and units
- Runs daily order report and maintains associated spreadsheet
- Act as backup to Office Manager
- Application follow-up with representatives
- Quotation follow up
- Provide accounting support relative to customer credit problems or over credit limit, payment applications, approving new credit applications and aged receivables
- Maintains Unit order spreadsheet
- Adhere to work instructions and SOP's in accordance with ISO 9001
Other duties may be assigned.

Experience
